Real estate owners work across different third-party property managers, systems, reports, and investment plans. Somehow their teams are expected to piece everything together and still have time to make decisions. We’re trying to make that a lot less painful.
CREx OS brings the property data, context, and reporting together. CREx Intelligence uses that foundation for AI-assisted analysis, reviews, comparisons, and preparation. Teams can use the AI they already own, review the evidence, and make the calls themselves.
And yes, we still do the consulting and data engineering work. Turns out that part doesn't magically disappear.

I’ve spent most of my career at the intersection of real estate, data, and technology. These days I run CREx, where we’re building AI for asset managers, and teach data and AI at NYU Schack.
Before CREx, I spent years in consulting and technology roles. I still enjoy getting into the details, probably more than is healthy for someone running a company. I also make apps, write books, and start side projects whenever I find an excuse.
