The case study job interview is where the applicant is given a scenario or situation and asked to present a solution by detailing all the steps and processes the applicant would need to put into place. The scenarios are usually a business case but sometimes are off the wall questions that involve filling empty rooms with quarters or determining the best way to move a rock up a hill with only a few tools. In the case interview, more than just the creativity of the final solution, the interviewer is looking to evaluate your thought process, your problem-solving skills under pressure and your ability to logically formulate a solution and present your findings.
